STDC for each Customer type
About
The โSee, Think, Do, Careโ (STDC) framework describes the customer journey, from a customer perspective. The ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ต๐ฉ ๐๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ท๐ข๐ด:tm: uses the framework to let you map out the customer journey, so that you can determine which channel and what message you should use per phase. Do you use the In a B2C tool we usually do. And in a lot of B2B tools too. But there is an exception: The exception is if multiple personas are working together in the funnel. B2B So, letโs say your ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, you want to bring in your end user and empower this person to convince his manager for example, his bosses. B2C Or if you have a mobile app, which is a game :space_invader:, you need a child that has to convince his mother to buy some tokens for example. Thatโs something you need to take into account. Itโs part of the funnel of that specific user. You are still addressing, itโs only different people at that point. More insights on Growth? Sign up for our next #webinar! :jigsaw:
