A game-changing funding opportunity is available for strata-titled buildings in New South Wales, and time is running out to apply.

The NSW Government’s Solar for Apartment Residents (SoAR) program offers up to 50% funding, capped at $150,000 per project, to support shared solar systems for apartment buildings. With $25 million in total funding and a limited window to apply, now is the time to act.

To help you make the most of this opportunity, Allume and Lannock Strata Finance are teaming up again to walk you through the process, step-by-step, from eligibility to installation.

In this free webinar, we’ll cover:

  • Which buildings and owners' corporations are eligible
  • How to prepare a strong application
  • How strata managers can support the process
  • How much funding is available and how to access it
  • Financing options to avoid delays or out-of-pocket costs

We’ll also share insights into how Allume’s SolShare technology enables rooftop solar to be shared between apartments, and how the sales and installation cycle can be surprisingly fast in strata – especially with the right support and tools.

This session is designed for owners' corporations and strata managers in NSW, but anyone supporting solar for apartments is welcome. Feel free to share with your network.

Secure your place today and learn how to lock in funding before it's gone.
