It could be good for someone who doesn't know where to start but is committed to showing up for themselves. Each week will build upon the other.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each week will cover one of my 7 Pillars of Health. Through my personal experience and thousands of hours in coaching, these seven pillars shifted my paradigm; these are essential to survival and recovery. Each session will offer education, but more importantly, actionable steps to begin making small shifts in your life. You will have the week to implement these new tools and challenges before returning the next week to build upon the last. I would suggest bringing a notebook/pen to write down key information. Upon signing up, you will be provided a link to the webinar series Facebook group for added support (optional).
