And to kick off this new series with a bang, we’re asking a spicy question - when it comes to parenting in adland, why are mums the ones doing all the work? 

We’ll be joined by Alex Watts, Executive Director of Strategy at Poem, to talk about the good and bad of being a Dad in Ads, why the industry struggles to embrace parenthood of all kinds, and the desperate need for some bravery at the top. 

We learnt after Season 1 that we need to invite the men of this industry into the conversation of equality in order to truly make sustainable and progressive change, and we’re excited to have Alex on board.
