We’ll be joined by Alex Watts, Executive Director of Strategy at Poem, to talk about the good and bad of being a Dad in Ads, why the industry struggles to embrace parenthood of all kinds, and the desperate need for some bravery at the top.
We learnt after Season 1 that we need to invite the men of this industry into the conversation of equality in order to truly make sustainable and progressive change, and we’re excited to have Alex on board.
