*   **How to use RPR** and navigate pricing, especially since sellers are often focused on Zestimate alone.
*   **How to make the preliminary offer using Fello**, and then apply our proven script:

*   This script converts at a very high rate and ties directly into helping agents confidently present the three options and let the seller choose.
