As a Marketing Coach at Do You Convert, Beth works directly with builders across the nation as a partner to help train, develop, and build their marketing departments and strategies. She boasts over 14 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Do You Convert, she spent 7 years at a Top 100 Builder, where she built the internal Marketing and Online Sales departments. Under her leadership, the Marketing and Online Sales team generated over $150 million in yearly sales and contributed nearly 70% of company sales. Named one of Builder Magazine’s 40 Under Forty class of 2019, Beth received NAHB’s Nationals Silver Award for Marketing Professional of the Year in 2022. She has spoken at the International Builder Show (IBS) and the Sales and Marketing Summit four times. Her knowledge and expertise have significantly impacted the industry, and she is always willing to share insights from her experience.

David is the Chief Growth Officer at Ammunition, a full-funnel branding agency that helps brands with brand and digital strategy, storytelling, campaign creative, media connections, personalized CRM, and more. Before joining Ammunition, he led Samsung's home appliance B2B marketing team, developing the marketing strategies and campaigns that introduced that brand to the home-building industry. He's also had prior experience running brands at companies like Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, Merck, and Pinnacle Foods. David frequently speaks at events like the International Builders Show and Kitchen & Bath Industry Show.

Alex Hunter has over 18 years of experience in bringing industry-leading consumer and business technology products to market. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Higharc, a connected cloud platform for homebuilding, where he oversees all aspects of growth marketing, brand development, advertising, and corporate communications.
Formerly, Alex was Head of Product at Shopmonkey, a venture-backed SaaS platform for automotive shops in North America. He built a successful tenure in Silicon Valley, leading product marketing, retail experiences, and global launches for groundbreaking products — including the Apple Watch SE, the first Apple Store app, and Google Nest Smart Displays.
