This month, we take the U.S. ITA to court!
Why?
This government administration not only encourages, but helps, organizations trade with foreign countries - without limitation to data.
Data is presumably the largest export commodity in the U.S.A to any other country. Data ranging from sales clicks to stolen credit cards.
The U.S. ITA has not taking steps to monitor and protect our country, as well as the countries the data is being exported to, from the stolen and malicious data.
Much like Customer and Border Patrol search anything and everything tangible that comes through our borders and checkpoints - it is time we did the same with Data.

I have over 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity across various industries, including Communications, Financial Services, and Defense. I have earned several credentials, such as the SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP), the CRISC Cert Prep: The Basics, and the Cybersecurity Foundations certificates, to demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in the field.
