Joe Pringle
Head of Managed Services, Lantum
Joe Pringle was a Service Manager for five years across several NHS organisations, including as the operational lead for Leicester Children’s Hospital, managing ED and flow in the wards, and as the Gastroenterology Service Manager, where he led a £5.7 million capital project to rebuild Leicester’s endoscopy theatres.
He currently works as the Head of Managed Services at Lantum, working directly with urgent care clients to support rota management, clinician recruitment, and workforce resilience projects.
