In this session Carla will chat to Beth, who has recently received her hugely delayed diagnosis, for stage 4 Endometriosis at age 32, after over a 15-year battle with symptoms. Beth began to use her online presence to help other women by shedding light on Endometriosis. More recently Beth has become an ambassador for The Endometriosis Foundation. They will discuss what it's like to live with Endo and what they have learnt along the way, both Beth and Sophie will be answering your questions on the night.

Beth Dunlavey is a social scientist with a degree in Sociology who has always had a keen interest and natural pull to help others. Having worked in pastoral, support roles in the education system for 7 years, she then went on to working in the content creation space after an appearance on tv which generated a loyal following. Having recently received her hugely delayed diagnosis, for stage 4 Endometriosis at age 32, after over a 15-year battle with symptoms Beth began to use her online presence to help other women by shedding light on Endometriosis. More recently Beth has become an ambassador for The Endometriosis Foundation.

Carla is the founder and the CEO of The Endometriosis Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to endometriosis awareness, education, and support. Carla spends the majority of her time helping others gain access to care and giving insight into the development of national health guidelines.
