Join Mateja Milosavljevic, Lyssna Co-Founder and CEO, for an honest conversation with Julian Della Mattia (Senior User Insights Manager, DuckDuckGo) and Nikki Anderson (Founder, Drop In Research) about the challenges they're facing right now – and the approaches they're testing to address them.
We'll explore:
- Getting research consumed and used for decisions
- Scaling research practice across organizations
- Demonstrating ROI and business impact
- Democratizing research (and AI) responsibly
- Integrating AI into research workflows intentionally and ethically
- Balancing research velocity with depth when it feels impossible to keep up
