Dr. Parikh joined Northwell Health in February as System Director of Women’s Heart in the Cardiovascular Institute and Katz Institute for Women’s Health where she is creating a clinical, research and educational program to prevent and treat cardiometabolic diseases in women across the lifespan. Prior to this she was Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of California San Francisco where she had a research and clinical program in women's heart disease and cardiovascular prevention.
