Marc Pierguidi serves as the CFO of the Secured Income Fund at Paradyme Companies, bringing over 20 years of financial and operational expertise. He earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Siena College and began his career at Arthur Andersen, becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 2002.
Marc has held prominent roles managing significant real estate portfolios, including a $20 billion portfolio at J.P. Morgan and the New York State Common Retirement Fund at Clarion Partners LLC. At CIM Group, he navigated real estate assets through the financial crisis, further honing his expertise.
Since 2012, Marc has advised high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs, focusing on tax strategy, financial reporting, investment structuring, and capital management. His extensive experience makes him a vital leader in overseeing complex financial operations and securing investor success.
