About

When considering the factors that make up a strong recruitment strategy, people often prioritise attracting the right talent and efficient processes that save time and money. But how often do you consider the legal implications of getting recruitment right?

In a changing landscape where there are proposed amendments to the current employment law, recruiting the best people for the job in a fair and structured way has never been so important.

In this session, Tom Hacquoil and Sarah Gray will give you a fascinating insight into the following topics:

๐Ÿ‘‰ What are the proposed changes to the current employment law and what does it mean for employers

๐Ÿ‘‰ What does a good recruitment process look like and some key things to consider

๐Ÿ‘‰ How to onboard your new employees effectively

๐Ÿ‘‰ Performance management techniques to start from day one

Register now to join us on Tuesday 15th October at 2pm BST.

Tom Hacquoil

Founder and CEO @ Pinpoint ATS

CEO Tom Hacquoil was leading a coding cohort with just 16 spots, and received hundreds of applications. He needed a fast, flexible tool that would make it easier to identify the right candidates and give them a great experience. But the applicant tracking systems available were either too clunky or too basic, which would make the selection process even more difficult. Out of this experience came the idea for Pinpoint. Hacquoil, along with co-founders Bill Rogers (CTO) and Tom Luce (Technical Fellow), set out to build a better ATS that would help companies improve their hiring processes.
