Ben Saunders has over 20 years of experience as an engineer and technical product manager in industries that include defense, connected cars, smart buildings, and power generation. Ben's passion for technology and solving customer problems with digital solutions are backed by his experience and education, having earned both a master's degree in computer science and an MBA.

Albert de Kler was born and raised in Arnhem, near Rheden. He studied industrial automation, specializing in control systems, and began his career as an E&I engineer in the hydraulics industry. In 1992, Albert joined Thomassen as a controls engineer. He later spent a year leading a team in wind turbine controls and two years in warehouse automation before returning to Thomassen Energy in 2001. Throughout his tenure at Thomassen, Albert has held several leadership and management positions. Since 2021, he has served as the Manager of Control Systems. Albert enjoys sailing, football, and cycling in his free time—particularly commuting on his racer or gravel bike, often extending his daily rides.
