As the lead author of BCG's Decoding Global Talent series, she analyzes work and mobility trends among employees and jobseekers worldwide.
Her work has been featured in HBR, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Handelsblatt. Orsolya won the 2023 HBR Prize for co-authoring “Reskilling in the Age of AI”.
