Currently leading the global People function at Gorilla, a Series B SaaS scale-up, Vanessa has previously held leadership roles at Miro, PwC, Deloitte, and Philips, focusing on scaling cultures and shaping People strategies.
Vanessa also shares practical leadership insights through her newsletter, "The Nature of Leadership + Career," and her illustration work.

Hugo Pereira is a seasoned growth leader with extensive experience in commercial, marketing, and go-to-market roles.
