Hugo Pereira is a seasoned growth leader with extensive experience in commercial, marketing, and go-to-market roles. As the co-founder and CEO of Ritmoo, a goal management platform tailored for fast-growing startups and mid-sized businesses, Hugo has been at the forefront of driving strategic transformation. Previously, as Chief Growth Officer at EVBox, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 10 to 700 employees and boosting revenue from €5m to €100m.
In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Hugo serves as a fractional growth advisor to a range of clients, including Dott, SIG, CLEVR, and vaylens. Currently, Hugo is working on his upcoming book, Teamwork Transformed, which explores a paradigm shift in leadership.
