Hugo Pereira is a seasoned growth leader with extensive experience in commercial, marketing, and go-to-market roles. As the co-founder and CEO of Ritmoo, a goal management platform tailored for fast-growing startups and mid-sized businesses, Hugo has been at the forefront of driving strategic transformation.
