Andy Glab
SVP, U.S. Sales | Aflac
Andy Glaub, senior vice president of US Sales Distribution began his career with Aflac in 1985 as an associate. In 1987, he was promoted to district sales coordinator in northern Indiana and later that year was promoted to regional sales coordinator in southwest Michigan. In 1990, Andy took over Michigan South as state sales coordinator prior to Michigan being joined together as one state under his leadership. In 2005, Andy assumed the role of North territory director. In 2007, Andy went back to being the state sales coordinator in Michigan until July 2015 when he became deputy director of U.S. Sales before being promoted to the role of senior vice president and director of U.S. Sales on September 1, 2015. In this role, Andy was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales force, developing programs and initiatives to enhance U.S. sales strategies and advance Aflac’s sales throughout the United States. On January 1, 2024, Andy assumed the role of senior vice president of US Sales Distribution. Throughout his career with Aflac, Andy has consistently led his teams to success and earned nearly 60 of Aflac’s most prestigious accolades and awards.
Bob Weinhold
EVP, Head of Executive Coaching | Velocity Advisory Group
Bob Weinhold has spent his career helping individuals, teams, and organizations accomplish what they did not think possible. At his core, he connects deeply to help businesses and individuals achieve results that they could not imagine (but knew were necessary) while engaging employees to drive innovation, growth and sustainability. Bob has humbly served as CEO and COO for hospitals as well as healthcare organizations, and for the last seven years he has been the growth business advisor for many executives/organizations.
Bob’s current Business Advisory/Leadership Coaching includes executives/teams in large publicly traded companies, private equity-based businesses, and family businesses. During his career, he has had the opportunity to work with Academic Institutions, state/local governmental agencies, many organizations in the nonprofit sector, licensing/accrediting/regulatory organizations, and high-level athletes including time at the Olympics.
Tricia Seitz
