How to implement a personalized benefits progam in a complex organization

About

A supported and happy workforce is a productive one. And businesses that acknowledge the complexity of women’s health journeys and life changes are more likely to generate better outcomes. So how can companies move beyond generic policies to supportive programs where every unique path, from pregnancy to menopause and everything in between, is considered and respected? Listen in as Brooke Quinn, Chief Customer Officer of Carrot Fertility, speaks with Stitch Fix’s benefits leader, Natalie Walker, as they discuss the importance of women’s health in the workplace and share best practices for offering inclusive support.
