Central to that is ensuring DE&I is embedded in all aspects of the People strategy – from talent acquisition and total rewards to employee engagement and leadership development.
Jennifer has a wealth of experience building high-performing teams in agency environments in roles at Essence, R/GA, AKQA, 360i and most recently GroupM. There, she transformed the People team to deliver a world-class People proposition that ensured a fair, equitable and inclusive workplace for all 36,000 employees in 80 markets.
Jennifer is passionate about helping people find meaning and purpose in what they do, no matter their background. That’s why she published “Carve Your Own Road: Do What You Love and Live the Life You Envision” in 2009 and has made it her lifelong ambition to help as many people as possible reach their full potential.
Keith Lieberthal
Head of Americas at Hakluyt & Company
Keith joined Hakluyt in 2019 and leads its business in the Americas. Before then, he led global engagement at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. He was previously director of global strategy for the Wall Street research firm Guidepoint, general counsel at Tommy Hilfiger, and an associate at Covington & Burling LLP and Bain & Co. Keith is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and sits on American Ballet Theatre’s global council. He holds an AB from Dartmouth College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
Samantha Skey

Samantha Skey is CEO of SHE Media, a top 10 lifestyle media company reaching 74M monthly unique visitors*. SHE Media, including the flagship brands SheKnows, Flow, StyleCaster, Soaps and BlogHer, was acquired by Penske Media Corporation in March 2018. Skey launched the SHE Media Collective in 2016 which represents the largest network of independent lifestyle publishers and creators in the US. The Collective now contributes over $40MM in revenue annually to independent publishers, helping women and minority-lead businesses to scale both their profits and their social impact. In 2023, Skey was selected as a finalist for Digiday’s “Leader of the Year Award” and she serves on the board of directors for The Ad Council, the World Surf League and Acast, and is on the advisory boards of The Bronx Academy of Letters and the Digital Ascendant.

Dee Poku-Spalding is an entrepreneur and women’s advocate born in the UK and raised between London and Accra.
She is the founder and CEO of The WIE Suite, a private membership community and peer learning platform for women in leadership. Its mission is to redefine the way women leaders achieve success for themselves and for their companies by providing the community and tools for them to succeed at the highest levels. The WIE Suite also works with companies to accelerate growth by helping them attract, retain and grow talent.
Dee’s background includes senior marketing roles at Paramount Pictures and Focus Features (a division of Universal Pictures), working with the likes of Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Emily Blunt and Taraji P Henson. She has marketed numerous award-winning films including Al Gore’s ‘An Inconvenient Truth’; the Coen brothers’ ‘No Country For Old Men’; Sofia Coppola’s 'Lost in Translation', Alejandro González Iñárritu’s ‘Babel’ & ’21 Grams’ and Ang Lee’s 'Brokeback Mountain'
