Lets all Talk Menopause  in the workplace 

 Please join us for a **LUNCH AND LEARN** session hosted by the team at Let’s all Talk Menopause.

We will be joined by two experts who will be helping us understand more about Menopause from both a medical and practical workplace point of view. Both of our guests will be taking your questions during the session (these will of course be anonymous) . 

\*\*Advanced Menopause Nurse, Aly Dilks \*\*will be discussing the different stages of Menopause, the main symptoms that can affect us in the workplace and how we can help with these symptoms. 

We will also be joined by\*\* \*\***leading HR Consultant & author of MENOPAUSE WORKING, Cathy Hastie,** Cathy will talk about how difficult it can be for those who are suffering from menopausal symptoms in the workplace , how managers can help support their colleagues and if you are suffering how you might approach your colleagues & line managers for support. 

This session is open to everyone, and we really welcome all to attend, whether you are directly suffering or you may know someone who is or if you’d like to be able to understand better the symptoms of menopause so you can help support your colleagues or partner.
