Dr. McNally is the Vice President of the OB/GYN Service Line, the Associate Regional Ambulatory Physician Executive and the Director of OB/GYN Services at the Katz Institute for Women's Health. In this position, she can effectuate change well across multiple disciplines to bring about the best clinical outcomes with the highest quality and innovative initiatives and creation of multi-disciplinary women's health care centers.

Dr. McNally is a nationally recognized and certified Menopause Provider - NCMP. Her current practice is focused, not only on full scope OB and GYN care, but the unique changes that occur for women during their perimenopause and menopause transition
