Flavia Marin always harbored a passion for art, design, and jewelry. A decade ago, Flavia decided to pursue her passions by embarking on a journey at sea, where she lectured on gemstones, and sold high end jewelry pieces. As a GIA AJP and Jewelry Designer graduate (2019-2020), Flavia has represented various renowned brands globally, serving as a guest speaker on cruise ships where she shared her expertise on gemstones, including opals, pearls, zultanite, tanzanite and many others.In 2020 her story was featured by GIA in their #JewelryOriginStories series. Currently, as a Business Development Manager at Nivoda, Flavia helps jewelers find innovative ways to showcase their brands. Flavia focuses on understanding the needs of jewelers, freeing up their time for design and client engagement while providing access to quality gems & diamonds. Alongside Nivoda she assists jewelers in sourcing diamonds and developing innovative strategies for selling that enhance profitability. She enjoys interviewing industry experts and sharing insights to help them succeed. In 2021, she took the initiative to launch "Jewelpreneur," a channel where jewelers, designers and herself showcase their passion and expertise for gemstones.. The reason she joined Nivoda in 2024 is because her career has always been driven by a desire to work in innovation—especially in a company with the passion to grow and develop something truly impactful in the jewelry industry. She is enthusiastic about being part of Nivoda, a globally recognized company that prioritizes customer experience and leverages cutting-edge technology.
