On this week's Let's All Talk Mental Health webinar, host Sophie Sulehria is joined by our Clinical Psychologist and in-house expert Dr Sarah-Jane Knight, and Anthony Young, a CAMHS nurse based in A&E. They discuss the role that CAMHS (the Child & adolescent mental health service) can play in helping a teen who is struggling with a mental health issue.

Dr
Dr Sarah-Jane Knight is our in-house clinical psychologist, expert and host. She has worked in outpatient and inpatient services within the NHS and CAMHS for many years and has gone on to establish Commune Psychology with a focus on helping adolescents suffering with their mental health.
Anthony Young
Guest
Anthony is a Senior Nurse Therapist- CBT CAMHS and qualified Learning Disability and Mental Health nurse with extensive experience in both inpatient and community settings. He has a particular focus on young people's mental health, including working with children with ASD, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder, using evidence-based treatments like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Anthony has also delivered parenting programs such as Triple P and 1, 2, 3 Magic, receiving excellent feedback for his group work and one-on-one coaching. His background includes roles in neurodevelopmental services, child protection, and mental health prevention, where he supported children entering care and worked with families to improve mental health outcomes.

Sophie is one of our resident hosts on "Let's all Talk Mental Health" and brings with her a wealth of experience as a BBC journalist working across TV, radio and media.
