Erin Warner Guill is the President and COO of Auxilius, where she leads go-to-market and customer success efforts for the company’s end-to-end clinical trial financial management platform. She brings deep experience at the intersection of biotechnology, finance, and operations, including a background in investment banking and strategic advisory for high-growth life sciences companies. Erin is passionate about helping biopharma finance teams gain clarity and control in an increasingly complex R&D environment.

CFO, Camp4 Therapeutics

Kelly Gold is the Chief Financial Officer at CAMP4 Therapeutics. She is responsible for guiding and executing the company’s strategy for establishing innovative strategic and technology-based partnerships that allow CAMP4 to realize the full value of the regRNA Actuating Platform. In addition, Kelly leads all corporate finance and accounting, investor relations and strategic financial planning activities at CAMP4. Prior to joining CAMP4, she held various roles in corporate finance and business planning at Biogen, where she provided financial leadership for the company’s late stage and marketed rare disease programs and developed long term strategic financial trajectories for the R&D organization. Prior to Biogen, Kelly worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Deutsche Bank, advising on M&A, public and private equity offerings, leveraged finance transactions, and joint ventures to clients in the US, Latin America and Europe. She also worked in Deutsche Bank’s Latin American Investment Banking group in Mexico, executing dual-listed IPOs in the areas of financial services and oil and gas. Kelly began her career as a mechanical engineer designing biocontainment systems for Biosafety Level 4 research facilities operated by the CDC, the NIH, and the US Army.

Executive Director, Healthcare Investment Banking

Sean MacGregor is an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group based in New York covering biopharma companies. Sean joined J.P. Morgan in 2021, having previously spent 6 years in Citi’s Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Sean previously was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law.
