Charles Rogel is the Executive Vice President of Consulting at TMA Performance. He joined TMA Performance (back when it was DecisionWise) in 2004. He regularly coaches leaders and works with organizations to improve employee engagement and performance.
Charles has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and consulting. Prior to TMA Performance, he worked for over 10 years in sales and marketing roles at various software companies, including Modus Media International, Parlant Technology (ParentLink), and Plato Learning.
He leverages his unique background in both organization development and marketing to provide leadership coaching, employee engagement survey analysis, and organization change initiatives. As an expert in employee engagement and 360-degree feedback, Charles has worked with organizations in over 30 countries.
Charles holds an M.B.A, as well as a B.A. in Humanities from Brigham Young University.

Senior Organizational Development Advisor @ Velocity Advisory Group
Dymon Lewis is a Senior Organizational Development Advisor at Velocity Advisory Group. She supports organizations, teams and individuals to perform at their best through her expertise in organizational development, leadership development design and facilitation and capability building design. She works closely with executive teams and HR leaders navigating cultural and structural change, especially during periods of transition like mergers, downsizing, or reorgs.
