Erica Arsenault is a qualified yoga, meditation, breathwork and soundbath practitioner. Her definite purpose is to inspire others to co-create change within their reality through a daily practice of movement and stillness. She believes that through tending and supporting yourself, on a physical, mental and emotional level, you can fulfill your potential and step into the best version of yourself, however that may look.
After years of working in radiological technology, she fiercely let go of her career after her son was born, to support her postpartum anxiety and depression. She intuitively began to teach yoga as a way to transform herself and continues to feel the need to empower others to do the same.
Her approach to yoga and self development is authentic. Erica’s teachings incorporate dynamic and diverse practices, with a subtle tone of quantum physics and neuroscience, that invites a sense of curiosity to wellbeing as a whole. Her knowledge of the human body is astounding both physically and energetically and believes that all dis-ease can be mitigated on some level AS one becomes conscious of their unconscious conditioning.
