Natalie is a neuroinclusion ally and the founder of Inclusive Change. Natalie is a member of a neurospicy family and melds her corporate experience to bring her version of allyship to organisations across sectors. Natalie has been engaged by Accor, Wesfarmers, Deloitte and Family Friendly Workplaces, is a contributor to Inside Retail and partners with the Australian Retailers Association to elevate the topic of neurodiversity in retail. In 2023, Natalie commissioned research into the barriers and choice drivers of Australian neurodivergent shoppers and is working with well-known brands to create meaningful change for customers and employees.
