Organization culture is something we build, the employee experience is what we measure, and employee engagement is our reward. Creating an intentional culture requires measuring perceptions of the current culture and how it aligns with the desired culture. During this session, we will:
- Review the components of culture and how it relates to strategy, values, and engagement
- Describe the five steps to measure organization culture
- Outline the action steps to take to create an organization culture that drives organization success

Charles Rogel
EVP of Consulting @ TMA Performance
Charles Rogel is the Executive Vice President of Consulting at TMA Performance. He joined TMA Performance (back when it was DecisionWise) in 2004. He regularly coaches leaders and works with organizations to improve employee engagement and performance.
Charles has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and consulting. Prior to TMA Performance, he worked for over 10 years in sales and marketing roles at various software companies, including Modus Media International, Parlant Technology (ParentLink), and Plato Learning.
He leverages his unique background in both organization development and marketing to provide leadership coaching, employee engagement survey analysis, and organization change initiatives. As an expert in employee engagement and 360-degree feedback, Charles has worked with organizations in over 30 countries.
Charles holds an M.B.A, as well as a B.A. in Humanities from Brigham Young University.
