Dominik Rus

Dominik is the Global Head of Learning Innovation, and Technology at TTEC, a leading Business Process Outsourcing company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. He oversees the strategic planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions that leverage cutting-edge evidence-based, learner-centric, and performance data-driven technologies, benefiting a workforce of over 60,000 employees across the globe.
Before joining TTEC, Dominik held the position of Corporate Learning & Development Director at Copa Airlines in Panama. During his tenure, he successfully led comprehensive learning initiatives for a diverse workforce of more than 12,000 individuals spanning across 30+ countries.
Dom identifies himself as a learning scientist working at the intersection of learning experience design (LXD) and AI technologies that simulate how the human brain learns. He has been recognized as one of the experts at the forefront of AI in L&D by several L&D networks and organizations, including Elai.io, Thirst, and Chief Learning Network (CLN). He sits on the CLN’s AI Advisory Board and recently, he has been the chair of CLN’s AI Revolution conference, a premium venue for L&D professionals from Fortune 500 companies.
He holds a B.A. in English Linguistics from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and a Ph.D. in neurolinguistics from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
