Prior to this, Izzy worked at The Next Web where she designed and executed various startups programs, and prior to that gained experience at a number of different startups, giving her a well-rounded experience of the Dutch startup ecosystem.
Maarten Greijn
Senior Manager, Tax Law @ KPMG
Maarten is an experienced global mobility tax and policy manager, also having worked as in-house global mobility manager at a listed company. He leads global accounts for several emerging growth and listed clients. He has a broad range of clients, and is specialised in Japanese Headquarters companies having business in the Netherlands. Maarten is a hands-on advisor in the field of expatriate taxation, international social security and (remote) cross-border work situations and acts as sparring partner of (emerging) companies for remote and international work policies.

Mirjam is Solutions Manager at Settly and joined the company as employee number five, 3.5 years ago. Before Settly she lived abroad for 9 years and worked at international start-ups and scale-ups for 15+ years (such as Uber and Skyteam) building out their HR, Mobility and/or Onboarding programs. At Settly she is responsible for client implementations, solutions consulting and driving customer satisfaction through technical and professional guidance. Having been an expat herself as well as having worked in HR and Mobility, Mirjam understands all sides of the relocation journey and the challenges that come with it.
