Louise is a woman of many talents - an entrepreneur who launched her own adaption strap (LouP strap) that allows people with limb difference to take part in sport, she is a 1:1 Coach, Adaptive Athlete (sponsored by Mirafit and WIT Fitness) and a Careers Advisor, as well as being Mum to two wonderful girls. Lou first-hand knows the challenges of hiding your mental health at work and suffering in silence - as well as what it takes to change it. Lou will be sharing her experiences from being rejected by her own father at birth because of her disability, to spending many years desperately trying to fit in, her experiences with infertility and recurrent miscarriages, extreme anxiety and then how she found the power to speak up, take control and change her life. With the mantra "confidence is on the other side of fear" and as "Speak Up Month" is an opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of using your voice and breaking barriers, we couldn't think of anyone more perfect to join us for this conversation.
