Join us for a very special masterclass all about Resilience. One of our amazing personal development coaches Olivia will be holding this session in honour of Stress Awareness Month.

Resilience is a key skill necessary to a well-functioning life but as we all know there will often be moments or events in our lives that can feel out of our control. We are faced with challenges that can feel overwhelming and situations don't always go to plan, there are even times when we face tragedy and grief and finding a way through can feel impossible.
