Join Health Coach Alex for a masterclass all about regulating your nervous system. When your nervous system is out of balance, your body can go into panic mode, making it difficult to move, breathe, swallow, and affecting your memory and mood. When we are overly stressed or overwhelmed, it is hard to bring ourselves back down. We might know what to do, but it can be challenging to get there. During this workshop, we will discuss things to look out for and different triggers that might arise. We will explore actionable tools to help calm the nervous system before it spirals out, as well as ways to prevent it from happening. We are all different and have unique triggers. It’s about looking inward and understanding what is coming up for you so it can be addressed and calmed. It's not always easy to regulate our nervous system once it is overwhelmed. That’s why we will focus on ways to relax it before it reaches that point.
