In 1996, Jo Kellett earned her Diploma in Holistic Aromatherapy from the Tisserand Institute. She went on to practice at London’s Portland Hospital, offering aromatherapy and yoga to support women during pregnancy, while also establishing her own private practice.

Today, Jo is the Essential Oil Expert at Tisserand Aromatherapy, where she oversees the creation of new blends, the sourcing of essential oils, and the promotion of aromatherapy. Her recent work, including the award-winning Restore Balance blend, has been recognised by The Beauty Shortlist Awards.

Lindsey began her yoga journey in 2010 and has since dedicated herself to supporting others through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. Her focus is on helping individuals improve mental and physical wellbeing, encouraging personal growth and transformation.

She believes that living mindfully and practicing therapeutic yoga can ease daily challenges, creating space for clarity, self-worth, and empowerment.
