Lynn Tellefsen-Stehle is Head of Client Collaboration at Nexl where she focuses on developing and delivering revenue acceleration and other strategic initiatives for law firms. Prior to joining Nexl in 2023, Lynn co-founded a marketing consulting business that helped law firm leaders to develop and grow performance-based marketing and business development operations. As a former CMO, Lynn distinguished herself by developing the first professional marketing operation for Cahill Gordon & Reindel, and growing the function for more than a decade, helping the firm to achieve its desired market positions. She also served as CMO at Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer, where she managed marketing functions for both defense and plaintiff sides of the law practice, and earlier was Business Development Manager for the Northeast for Dentons. Prior to joining Dentons, Lynn served in various senior sales and marketing roles for legal technology providers of IP-focused products and services.
Lynn has a proven track record for leading initiatives focused on client retention and growth, revenue generation and improving profitability, and has also been successful in developing and launching high technology systems, apps, and websites.
Lynn has a strong competency in digital marketing, systems design and deployment, and project management. She is a builder and leader of agile, cross functional marketing teams, certified by ICAgile in Marketing and Marketing Leadership.
Lynn serves on the LMA’s Northeastern Board (President Elect ‘24), and served as its Treasurer from 2021-2023. In 2023, Lynn served as co-chair of the LMANE Conference Committee. In 2022, she received the Susan J. Benjamin Distinguished Member award.
Amanda Loesch

Amanda Loesch is the Chief Marketing Officer at Day Pitney LLP, where she leads the firm’s marketing, communications, and business development strategy across its 13 offices. She partners with firm leadership to advance client relationships, drive growth initiatives, and strengthen the firm’s brand presence in key markets. Known for developing digital marketing initiatives that enhance client engagement and support business development efforts, Amanda focuses on aligning firm strategy with evolving market opportunities.
Before joining Day Pitney, Amanda served as Chief Marketing Officer at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, where she oversaw firm-wide marketing and the strategic growth of its technology subsidiary, Porzio Life Sciences. Her leadership contributed to positioning the subsidiary for its acquisition by private equity in a first-of-its-kind transaction within the U.S. legal industry.
Throughout her career, Amanda has held senior marketing roles at Am Law 100 firms and prominent regional firms across diverse markets. She began her career in the Executive Leadership Development Program at JPMorgan Chase and holds a Bachelor of Music from New York University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Amanda is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association, where she has held leadership positions at both the regional and international levels and frequently contributes to industry programs.

Deborah Farone

She often moderates and speaks at law firm and legal department retreats and workshops.
Deborah is the author of the best-selling legal marketing book, “Best Practices: Marketing and Business Development for Law Firms” (PLI 2019), a work based on more than 60 interviews with successful law firm leaders and marketers, general counsel, and innovators in the profession. Over the past two decades, Ms. Farone has carved out a niche by distinguishing herself as the chief marketing officer of two of the world’s most prestigious law firms, Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Prior to entering the legal marketing profession, she refined her business worked at the global management consulting firm Towers Perrin, now Willis Towers Watson.
Ms. Farone has also been involved in the academic arena. She recently spoke at the University of Pennsylvania’s Carey Law School, Cornell Law School and Fordham Law School, and has served as an adjunct Assistant Professor on the faculty of New York University.
