Tom Hacquoil
Founder and CEO @ Pinpoint ATS
CEO Tom Hacquoil was leading a coding cohort with just 16 spots, and received hundreds of applications. He needed a fast, flexible tool that would make it easier to identify the right candidates and give them a great experience. But the applicant tracking systems available were either too clunky or too basic, which would make the selection process even more difficult. Out of this experience came the idea for Pinpoint. Hacquoil, along with co-founders Bill Rogers (CTO) and Tom Luce (Technical Fellow), set out to build a better ATS that would help companies improve their hiring processes.
