Roy has been involved in UX research and service design for over a decade. He currently runs the UX Research practice at Zapier. Prior to this role, he led Research Ops at Zapier and the UX research practice at Buffer. When not working or hanging out with his wife and three young boys, he can be found obsessing over soccer or cooking for friends and family. Roy hails from Kenya and currently resides just outside of Toronto.
