Janelle is a career UX researcher. She most recently held the role of Chief Insights Officer at UserTesting where she was lucky enough to spend nearly eight years "researching how research teams do research." Before UserTesting, Janelle held roles at Nielsen Norman Group and Forrester Research. Janelle is currently a lecturer in Bentley University's Human Factors in Information Design.
