Carrie Lysenko is the Chief Executive Officer of Zoocasa, a wholly owned subsidiary of eXp World Holdings (NASDAQ: EXPI), and serves on the Board of Directors for eXp Realty Canada. In her role, she drives the integration of Zoocasa’s award-winning real estate platform with eXp Realty’s North American operations, accelerating online lead generation and revenue growth for agents across the U.S. and Canada. She also leads Zoocasa’s Agent Accelerators; a team of close to 250 eXp agents responsible for $320M in sales volume thus far in 2025.
With more than 25 years of leadership spanning technology, marketing, and business strategy, Carrie has built her career at the intersection of people, product, and performance. Brittany Kostov is the Sales Director of Zoocasa, where she leads and effectively manages a fully remote team of nearly 250 agents across Canada and the U.S. In her role, she drives agent growth and success through coaching, mentorship, and program development, building one of the fastest-growing programs within eXp Realty.
She has built a scalable support structure by hiring and leading a team of coaches, implementing daily huddles, one-on-one coaching, and monthly masterminds to foster a culture of performance, growth & high accountability. As a licensed broker who continues to actively trade in real estate, Brittany maintains a strong connection to the client experience and market trends while leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes, enhance lead conversion, and empower agents to build sustainable, thriving businesses.
