A sought-after keynote speaker, he has presented nationally and internationally on trauma, vicarious trauma, and compassion satisfaction. Featured on WebMD as a trauma expert, Dan co-authored a training manual for medical professionals on treating victims of commercial sex trafficking. As a former VP and Professor of Counseling at Richmond Graduate University, he now provides executive coaching, corporate training, and clinical supervision, helping leaders transform organizations with trauma-informed care.
