Holton is an Organizational Psychologist serving as a trusted advisor for many fortune 500 clients. He is passionate about leadership assessment and development who partners with his clients through their change journeys. Holton has over 10 years experience delivering change management programs, leadership assessments, and executive coaching. Holton takes a holistic person-centered approach to his coaching considering cognitive, emotional and behavioral characteristics all play a part in leadership effectiveness.
He is interested in the intersection between leadership, organizational change and how stress and burnout play a part in leadership effectiveness. He holds a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology where his research focused on job burnout and its relationship with work attributes, organizational outcomes and performance.
