A dynamic and thought-provoking masterclass highlighting the power of adopting an entrepreneurial mindset no matter what your job role. Social media paints a glamorised image of an entrepreneur and most of the time it is far from not realistic but what is realistic is being able to utilise the best parts of an entrepreneurial mindset to optimise our own daily behaviours. Realising we can adopt an entrepreneur mindset and experience both the personal and organisational benefits that bring is what this workshop is formulated on. Broken into three parts: pre-match, game time and post-match, this workshop focuses on the habits and behaviours we need to implement ahead of our working days, during and afterwards to ensure we are being the best version of ourselves in our careers and operating in a way that is sustainable for performance. Continuous improvement and learning, personal branding, pushing boundaries, innovation, resilience, collaboration, mindset and effective recovery are just a few of the topics covered in this session!
