Let's All Talk Mental Health

For many neurodivergent teens, school can be a source of ongoing stress if they find the environment overwhelming, or struggle to attend and maybe temporarily out of school. In this session, Dr Liz Dawes explores the challenges neurodiverse teens often face during adolescence, including increased anxiety, exhaustion, difficulties with peer connection, and low self-esteem.

We’ll share strategies to support resilience, strengthen coping skills, and that can build social confidence, as well as practical ways to help them settle back into the school year. This session will offer realistic ideas to help your teen feel more supported, understood, and better equipped for the term ahead.
