In this session, we’ll talk about the challenges parents face in connecting with their teens during emotional or high-pressure moments. Dr. Redfern will discuss tools to help parents improve their communication and understanding during challenging interactions. She will also discuss ways to stay calm during conflict and strengthen relationships.
