*   **HRT Benefits and Risks**: Understanding how HRT can alleviate symptoms and discussing associated risks, including different types of HRT and its impact on breast cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis and dementia.
*   **CBT as a Complementary Therapy**: Exploring how CBT can support symptom management alongside HRT, and the realities of referral.
*   **Informed Decision-Making**: Equipping you with knowledge to engage effectively with your GP and make educated choices about your treatment options.
