360-Degree Feedback Recipe Book

About

360-degree feedback is highly effective in identifying blind spots and fostering self-awareness and change. Outside of personal & professional development, there are a wide variety of ways this feedback can benefit all members of your organization, not just leaders or high performers. We want to offer you "recipes" (or use cases) to expand the methods you consider when implementing 360 feedback.

In this free one-hour online event, we'll cover:

  • 360-degree feedback use cases: What are the best ways to use 360-degree assessments, and what are some unique or underutilized methods?
  • Execution: How do you ensure these methods are effective?
  • Best Practices: What considerations or limitations should be acknowledged?
