Back to School - Teen Anxiety & Schools
About
We'll be looking at the return to school after the summer break. Some teenagers can get quite nervous at this time, so we want to talk about the best ways to help them settle back into routine, especially if there is a new transition. We will talk about how to keep the lines of communication open; when to check in with them; and how to notice the signs of an unsettled teen. We will also hear from Jade Boyle, Asst Head Mill Hill School about how they support teens and their anxieties at the beginning of a new school year.
